NSCC provides leading regional training for passing the CSL Exam and CSL License Renewal Certification. We deliver exceptional training and all our instructors have extensive experience & knowledge in the trades.

Our classes give an in depth review of Massachusetts amendments to the new I-Codes, Massachusetts Workman’s Compensation Laws, building permits, H.I.C. registration, zoning laws, planning regulations, wetland regulations, Massachusetts fire codes, business practices, lead, and O.S.H.A. Most of our instructors are certified Massachusetts Building Inspectors, have many years of experience as contractors and building officials and have lived and worked here all their life. All of our programs specifically pertain to the Massachusetts construction and remodeling industry and our Exam Prep is based on knowing how the building codes are mapped out and we help you to understand the system of codes and prepare you to become knowledgeable and to find the answers quickly.
